"For Sigma Chi- Construction will be completed this spring on this structure which will house the Sigma Chi fraternity at the University of Kentucky. The $150, 000 building, at the corner of Hilltop and Woodland Avenues, will contain space for 48 fraternity members and an apartment for a house mother.
